Sydney, Australia: Recurring revenue solutions provider, iasset.com has today announced the launch of its predictive analytics tool – InGRID. In an industry first for the channel, InGRID will allow technology providers to predict closure rates for product lifecycle opportunities within their installed base, well ahead of time.

iasset.com recognised that whilst customers could tap into a plethora of reports that provide a view into the past, most companies do not have the resources or time available to turn this data into predictive analytical insights to help make informed decisions.

InGRID provides data in a real time, and works across every level of the channel – from Vendors, Distributors and Aggregators to VARs and Service Providers. Customers have the opportunity to get a holistic view, as well as more granular detail at the customer, partner or account manager level via instant cross-filtering mechanisms.
