Award recognises iasset's success in transforming channel complexity into revenue growth.
iasset has been named CRN Australia's ISV of the Year 2026, recognising the company's continued innovation in helping technology vendors, distributors and partners uncover, automate and grow recurring revenue opportunities across the IT channel.
The award marks a significant milestone for the company, which has built its platform around solving a challenge many in the industry had simply accepted as normal: fragmented systems, disconnected customer data, complex quoting processes, poor renewal visibility, spreadsheet-driven workflows, and millions of dollars in lost recurring revenue.
Rather than treating these challenges as unavoidable, iasset set out to create a new approach to lifecycle revenue management. Today, the platform helps organisations transform fragmented sales and POS data into actionable installed-base intelligence, enabling teams to identify every possible renewal, refresh, upgrade and expansion opportunity throughout the customer lifecycle.
"From the beginning, our goal was to solve a problem that impacts almost every technology company operating through the channel," said Scott Frew, CEO of iasset. "Technology vendors, distributors and partners have always had access to vast amounts of customer and asset data, but turning that information into revenue has traditionally been difficult. We've built a platform that not only provides visibility but actively helps organisations take action."
Unlike many business applications designed for direct sales environments, iasset was built specifically for the realities of the IT channel, supporting complex distributor ecosystems, multi-vendor quoting, recurring renewals, lifecycle management and large-scale transaction volumes.
The company believes this specialist focus has helped define a category of its own. Much of iasset's innovation does not fit neatly into traditional software categories such as CPQ, CRM or renewals management. Instead, the platform combines installed-base intelligence, lifecycle automation, revenue expansion, quote-to-cash processes and Agentic AI into a single revenue automation platform.
The recognition also reflects the real-world outcomes achieved by customers using the platform. Organisations commonly achieve renewal rates exceeding 90%, reduce quoting times by up to 80%, and uncover millions of dollars in revenue opportunities that may otherwise remain hidden within complex channel ecosystems.
One recent example is Wavelink's 5thWave service, which was built on the iasset platform to help partners automate renewals, technology refreshes and lifecycle management activities. Within six months of deployment, the initiative generated AU$5.6 million in revenue while enabling 60% of renewal quotes to be validated automatically.
Over the past year, iasset has continued to expand its capabilities through investments in intelligent automation and Agentic AI. These developments enable organisations to move beyond reactive sales processes and towards proactive, lifecycle-driven revenue growth by automatically identifying and executing revenue opportunities with minimal manual effort.
The company has also introduced sustainability-focused capabilities, allowing carbon emissions and ESG-related data to be incorporated directly into the quoting process, helping customers align technology purchasing decisions with broader sustainability objectives.
While the award recognises product innovation, Frew says it also reflects the people behind the business. "As an Australian company competing on a global stage, we're incredibly proud of what our team has achieved," he said. "This recognition belongs to every employee, customer and partner who has contributed to our journey. We're excited about what's next as we continue helping the industry transform installed-base data into revenue growth."
Today, iasset supports a global customer base that includes Fortune 500 organisations, with more than 1,000 technology vendors and 26,000 partners represented on the platform and billions in assets under management.
