Scott is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically within global channels. Before starting iasset.com in 2008, Scott founded extremely successful, award-winning distribution businesses, including Distribution Central (acquired by Arrow ECS), LAN Systems (now part of Westcon-Comstor), and Micro Networks. Scott is extremely passionate about reducing complexities and increasing revenue for IT/IoT vendors, distributors, and resellers which is why he has dedicated over a decade to perfecting the iasset.com platform.

Nick has worked within the IT&T industry for over 30 years and has successfully blended entrepreneurial ventures with a career spanning marketing, product development, sales, and executive management. In addition to co-founding several successful distribution businesses such as Distribution Central (now Arrow ECS) and 1World Systems, Nick held Managing Director roles within these businesses as well as LAN Systems (now part of Westcon Group). Nick holds multiple accolades including induction into the ARN IT Industry Hall of Fame and IT Executive of the Year for CEO Magazine.

Zarina has over 18 years of experience in human resources, with a proven ability in creating highly engaged, fun, and motivated workplaces. She is responsible for all aspects of iasset.com’s people strategy, in particular, performance and capability, talent, and culture. Zarina has worked in various industries including mining, insurance, and learning and development, where she was involved in integration, change management, and start-up operations. Her experience working in fast-paced virtual team environments adds value to the current and future direction of iasset.com.

Elif is a marketing professional with over 19 years of experience developing and executing marketing strategy and demand generation programs. She has a demonstrated history of working within the IT and services industry, from large multinationals to smaller start-ups. Elif has always been passionate about driving go-to-market strategies that deliver tangible business outcomes and growth. In her role at iasset.com, Elif manages all aspects of the global marketing function — from strategy, branding, advertising, media relations, and events, to campaigns and communications.

Michael has over 35 years of experience leading, developing, and deploying leading-edge technology applications. In addition, he has a broad knowledge of the strategic and operational challenges involved in building technology companies. Before co-founding iasset.com with Scott Frew, Michael was CIO of Distribution Central (now Arrow ECS) for over 10 years. He also launched his own company within the financial services sector called Aztech Information Systems in Ireland which thrived into a profitable business with a blue chip client base.
