John works closely with [TSIA’s partner ecosystem](https://www.tsia.com/members/community/partners), identifying leading and emerging technology vendors whose products help solve the key business challenges faced by TSIA members.  Prior to joining TSIA, John spent over six years at Forrester Research as vice president and research director. During his career, he has held product management and marketing positions at various service and support technology vendors, including Clarify, Answer Systems, Platinum Technologies, and Nortel Networks. He has been involved in customer service throughout his career, including over 10 years managing both the internal and external customer support organizations for a global retailer. Scott established iasset.com in 2008 as the world's first global channel ecosystem for the entire supply chain. iasset.com has received numerous awards including CRN's Top 50 Emerging Vendors in 2013 and 2014. Scott was also a founder and Executive Chairman of Distribution Central and oversaw its growth from a five-person staff and $1.7 million turnover to more than 160 employees across two countries with revenues exceeding $520 million.
