# iasset.com Launches the First Ever Channel Focussed AI

**Sydney, Australia: **Recurring revenue solutions provider, iasset.com has today announced the launch of its predictive analytics tool – InGRID. In an industry first for the channel, InGRID will allow technology providers to predict closure rates for product lifecycle opportunities within their installed base, well ahead of time.

iasset.com recognised that whilst customers could tap into a plethora of reports that provide a view into the past, most companies do not have the resources or time available to turn this data into predictive analytical insights to help make informed decisions.

InGRID provides data in a real time, and works across every level of the channel – from Vendors, Distributors and Aggregators to VARs and Service Providers. Customers have the opportunity to get a holistic view, as well as more granular detail at the customer, partner or account manager level via instant cross-filtering mechanisms. Scott Frew, iasset.com CEO said: “Our journey to InGRID started almost a year ago with a simple question from one of our customers on how they could forecast high frequency, low cost renewals that no sales resources are engaged on. Since then, my team have been buried in channel data from all over the globe, to understand probability of cloud or maintenance renewals, and have built this incredible new feature.”

InGRID is available immediately in all regions to existing iasset.com customers as an add on module.
