Launched in 2009, iasset.com started out as a way to address the inefficiencies of the renewals process of Asia Pacific IT distributor, Distribution Central. What the founders realised was, that if they could figure out a way to automate the renewals process, and connect it across the entire IT channel, it could have an exponential effect on business revenue, as well as offer substantial opportunities to save time and cost.
As a result, iasset.com was born. Building on the success of Distribution Central, which within 6 months, took its renewal rate from 40% to 90%, the founders realised the potential the platform could have across other companies and incorporated it as a separate business entity.
Today iasset.com has a global customer base and manages over $10B in assets across various companies in the IT channel. The strength of the platform lies in it’s automation of a renewals process and its ability to build accurate installed base information.
With a combined experience of over 70 years in the IT channel, iasset.com has evolved from being a small application custom built for one company to having a team of dedicated software developers supporting multiple customers across the IT channel.
